Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plans and objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee the performance management system and provide guidance to managers on performance reviews and feedback
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary benchmarking and bonus structures
- Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with senior management to address organizational development and change management initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improving retention rates
- Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
