Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the HR department including maintaining employee records and files
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Assist with employee training and development programs
- Manage HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Handle employee inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support HR team with various projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and data.
