Job Description
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and projects
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Update and maintain employee records in the HR database
- Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings for the HR team
- Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies
- Assist with benefits enrollment and processing paperwork
- Assist with HR audits and compliance activities
- Assist with planning and organizing employee events and activities
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment through teamwork and collaboration
