Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire top sales talent
- Develop and implement sales training programs
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales managers to set sales targets and strategies
- Provide HR support to sales team, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations
- Develop and implement sales team policies and procedures
- Facilitate communication between sales team and other departments
- Foster a positive sales team culture and boost morale
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales team members
- Identify and address sales team conflicts and performance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Generalist role.
-Sales&Digital hiring or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales principles and HR practices
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
