Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Explain Fertility SIP / IVF Insurance benefits, coverage, eligibility and key terms.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the product value effectively.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and work towards conversion.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call records and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer onboarding.
- Follow company processes, quality standards and insurance compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales.
- Experience in Health Insurance or Life Insurance is preferred.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and the ability to explain products clearly.
- Strong convincing, follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-focused, confident and target-oriented approach.
- Good command of Hindi will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working from office at Sohna Road, Gurugram.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
