Job Description
Job Title: Health Insurance Sales Specialist
Experience: Minimum 6 months in the health domain (mandatory)
Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000
Job Location: Sector 63, Noida
Working Days: 6 days per week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Health Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the health domain and a strong ability to build trust with clients while promoting suitable insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote health insurance products.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy details.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
