Job Title: Head of Operations
Reports To: Managing Director
Team Size: Approximately 30 employees
Location: 413A, Sector 68, HSIIDC, IMT Faridabad
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and manage day-to-day operations across departments with a team of approximately 30 employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, improving processes, managing resources, and ensuring seamless execution of company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to align efforts and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor and evaluate workflows, implementing improvements as needed.
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 30 across various functions (e.g., admin, logistics, customer service, etc.).
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in operations.
- Standardize procedures and ensure best practices are followed consistently.
- Introduce tools and automation to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
Resource & Budget Management
- Plan and allocate operational budgets and resources efficiently.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, tools, and equipment.
Data & Reporting
- Track and report key operational metrics to senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data and trends.
Compliance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Mitigate risks by implementing appropriate operational controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of operational experience.
- Proven track record in team management and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using operational tools, ERP systems, and data analysis.
