We are hiring for Head of Engineering
Salary Budget - ₹50.00 Lac - ₹70.00 Lac Total Experience - 20 - 25 years Relevant Experience - 20 - 25 years Position Type - Full time
Location - Noida

Qualification - BE/ B. Tech Work Mode - Office
Language preference - English Notice period - Immediate - 15 Days

Job Description -

- Lead and manage the Noida engineering team, ensuring technical excellence and project execution.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee design, development, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure timely project delivery, cost control, and risk mitigation.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
- Manage team performance, training, and development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders for successful project execution.

- Proven leadership in managing large engineering team’s min 25 -50 members handling
- large scale projects
- Expertise in water and wastewater treatment technologies, plant design, and regulatory compliance.

Success Tips/General Remarks -
- Need someone into core design & engineering in Water industry
- Water Industry Experience is Mandatory
- Person with Project Management along with engineering design exp will not be considered.
- Look for candidates above 45-50 Lacs
- CTC is open- 20-25% hike on current CTC
Notice Period Eligibility: Candidates must have a notice period of upto 15 days only.
