Job Title: General Manager – Automobile Service Operations
Location: Gurugram (with travel to Rajasthan operational locations)
CTC: ₹12–18 LPA

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Automobile Service Operations to lead and monitor service operations across dealership locations. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, process excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through structured monitoring and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end service operations for Mahindra dealership locations.
- Drive revenue growth through service performance monitoring and analysis.
- Conduct revenue analysis, pending vehicle analysis, and operational performance reviews.
- Monitor and improve workshop productivity and service turnaround time.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Structure and review performance-based incentive models.
- Lead and motivate service teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective grievance resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manufacturer teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–5+ years of experience in automobile service operations at a managerial level.
- Experience with Mahindra service operations (OEM or dealership) preferred.
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
