Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive business growth through strategic online campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, analytics, and e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
The role requires a data-driven professional who can manage digital campaigns, optimize marketing performance, increase brand visibility, and generate qualified leads while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Amazon Ads
- Other relevant digital platforms

Drive qualified lead generation campaigns and improve customer acquisition metrics.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve target CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
SEO & Website Optimization

Develop and implement SEO strategies, including:
- On-Page SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Content Optimization

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Improve website traffic, search rankings, and organic visibility.

Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
E-commerce & Marketplace Management
- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
- Manage marketplace performance across platforms such as:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Flipkart Seller Hub
- Monitor product visibility, advertising performance, customer acquisition costs, and sales metrics.
Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Advertising platform dashboards

Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting KPIs, insights, and recommendations.

Drive continuous optimization through data-driven decision-making.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with design, content, sales, and development teams for successful campaign execution.
- Lead, mentor, and support marketing team members.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- 5–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce Marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong expertise in lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce and marketplace marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
