Job Description
- Conduct bulk recruitment for field sales positions
- Collaborate closely with sales managers to identify staffing needs
- Utilize various channels for sourcing a high volume of potential field sales candidates
- Efficiently interview and assess candidates' sales skills and qualifications
- Negotiate and finalize offers for multiple candidates simultaneously
- Coordinate mass onboarding processes to streamline induction for field sales teams
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Meet aggressive recruitment targets to support sales force expansion
- Travel to different locations as needed to engage with potential field sales candidates
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative strategies for bulk hiring in sales.
