Job Description
  • Conduct bulk recruitment for field sales positions
  • Collaborate closely with sales managers to identify staffing needs
  • Utilize various channels for sourcing a high volume of potential field sales candidates

  • Negotiate and finalize offers for multiple candidates simultaneously

  • Travel to different locations as needed to engage with potential field sales candidates
