Job Description

- Act as main point of contact for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for field positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking and recruiting events
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications and fit for positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and identify key competencies needed
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and job offers for selected candidates
- Manage recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding of new hires
- Utilize applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Represent company at job fairs, career events, and other recruiting opportunities
- Travel to various locations to meet with candidates and clients as needed.
