Job Title: Event Manager
Location: Sector 62, Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹4–5 LPA
About the Role
Dare2Gear is expanding and building a strong team to support its growing portfolio of corporate and high-impact experiential events.
We are looking for a professional who can balance strategy, execution, and experience delivery. If you excel at planning, managing client expectations, leading teams, and executing premium events with precision, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Lead client discussions to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Event Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end event planning including venue selection, production design, logistics, staffing, and execution
- Develop detailed event timelines, workflows, checklists, and contingency plans
- Ensure seamless on-ground execution with real-time decision-making
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to meet timelines and quality standards
- Manage budgets effectively while maintaining high delivery standards
Operational Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and internal SOPs
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage documentation, legal approvals, and operational protocols
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage internal teams, vendors, and on-ground staff
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure accountability
- Foster a disciplined, solution-oriented work environment
- Assess manpower requirements and ensure efficient deployment
Reporting & Post-Event Analysis
- Use project/event management tools to track progress and deliverables
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and vendor performance evaluations
- Conduct post-event reviews and document key learnings and improvements
Vendor & Resource Management
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Manage inventory, rentals, and logistics of event materials
- Ensure transparency in billing, procurement, and cost control
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in event operations and corporate event management
- Strong planning and execution skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
