Job Title: Business Development Executive – Cybersecurity / Networking / SOC
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Department: Marketing & Business Development
Grade: Senior Executive / Executive
Reporting To: CEO, CBO
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ability to discuss and understand customers' requirements and offer solutions in line with our trusted 3D approach – Discover, Design & Deploy.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Senior Management team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the networking and cybersecurity industry and continuously enhance product knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Customer Support, to address customer needs and provide exceptional service.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Proven track record of 2–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years of domain experience in selling Networking and/or Cybersecurity products and solutions, including Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions.
- Experience in Networking, Cybersecurity, SOC-as-a-Service, and Managed Security Services (MSS).
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose SOC, SIEM, Threat Monitoring, Incident Response, Networking, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute business development and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of achieving annual revenue and business growth targets.
- Experience in establishing, developing, and expanding the company's brand presence within the partner and channel ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience in conducting customer presentations, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, proposal preparation, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Self-driven, result-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
