Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and training opportunities
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness of strategies
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
