Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team to deliver high-quality bus body designs meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain design standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee end-to-end design processes, from concept to final production.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for design projects.
- Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and team development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
- 8–10 years of design experience, preferably in automotive or bus manufacturing.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Leadership, project management, and innovative problem-solving skills.
