Job Title: Data Modeler (2 Positions)
Experience: 2-3 Years

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Data Modelers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and business system analysis. You will play a crucial role in analyzing data requirements and designing data architecture to deliver high-quality data models.
Key Responsibilities:
-Discover, analyze, and scope data requirements; create high-level process models to represent the processes under analysis.
-Analyze existing business system data, perform data profiling, and conduct source analysis.
-Create detailed mapping documents covering source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, and data harmonization.
-Design data architecture and strategy, using "Entity-Relationship" modeling for optimal data analysis.
-Determine the appropriate set of facts and dimensions for the desired data analysis or queries.
-Develop data solution diagrams, including data flow diagrams and use case models.
-Translate business needs into effective data models.
Required Skills:
-Expertise in analyzing existing business system data, data profiling, and source analysis.
-Strong SQL skills.
-Proficient in Entity-Relationship modeling, with expertise in Star and -Snowflake Schema modeling.
-Experience implementing the IBM UDMH Model (Atomic or Dimensional).
-Exposure to enterprise-level modeling tools such as IDA, ERWin, or ER-Studio.
-Advanced understanding of data normalization and denormalization techniques.
-Expert in metadata management and related tools.
-Advanced experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management.
-Experience in creating and implementing modeling processes.
Domain Knowledge:
-Must have healthcare domain knowledge.
-Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or OMOP is a plus.
