Job Description
- Respond to customer queries and complaints through phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
- Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Work towards meeting or exceeding customer service metrics and KPIs
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide efficient support
- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
- Identify trends in customer behavior and provide insights to management
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
