Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Lead the creation and development of a diverse menu featuring authentic Indian desserts and bakery items, ensuring a balance of traditional flavors and innovative twists to cater to a wide range of tastes.
- Culinary Excellence: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all Indian dessert and bakery offerings, maintaining consistently high standards of quality, taste, and visual appeal.
- Recipe Creation and Innovation: Continuously experiment with new recipes, ingredients, and techniques to introduce exciting and unique flavors, keeping the menu fresh and enticing for our customers.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to a team of culinary professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where creativity and excellence thrive.
