- Contact delinquent customers through phone calls and emails
- Negotiate payment plans with customers to settle debts
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Work closely with the legal team to escalate cases as needed
- Meet monthly targets for collections and maintain low delinquency rates
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer trends to improve collection strategies
- Provide timely and detailed reports on collection activities to management
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in credit card collections
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
