Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
- Manage candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct interviews, administer tests, and recommend candidates based on skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Ensure timely and efficient closure of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Onboarding & Orientation:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and tools for success.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and their roles.
- Ensure all employment documentation is accurately completed and filed.

Employee Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and operational matters.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company values and engaging employees in initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration:
- Manage HR administration tasks such as employee records, payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HR system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to labor laws, health and safety, and benefits.

Performance Management Support:
- Support the performance management process by assisting managers with appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
- Track employee performance and help identify areas for improvement or development.
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Contribute to employee engagement efforts through surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
- Work closely with managers to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Assist in implementing employee recognition and reward programs to boost morale and motivation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and operations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methods, HR systems, and employee management processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
