Job Description
- Drive B2B consultative selling efforts to secure new business partnerships particularly SME's
- Identify and target potential clients through B2B lead generation strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the corporate sector
- Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective B2B sales and business development strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales pitches and presentations
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales pipeline and progress
- Represent Goru Training at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness
- Continuously improve product knowledge and consultative selling techniques to drive business growth.
