Job Title: Business Development Manager - Hospitality Projects

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Hospitality Projects to drive business growth across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting high-value hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector (Hotels, Resorts, Luxury Villas)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, hotel operators, architects, and consultants
- Lead end-to-end business development cycles including proposals, tenders, and negotiations
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading hospitality brands
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in Business Development (Hospitality / Interior Design / Fit-outs industry)
- Strong industry network with hospitality brands and decision-makers
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals/projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of design, execution, and project lifecycle is an advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
