About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our healthcare operations and business development team. The selected candidate will undergo structured training to gain expertise in business operations, student engagement, healthcare program management, and institutional collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist in business development, admissions, and institutional partnerships.

✅ Support healthcare and clinical training programs, ensuring smooth execution.

✅ Handle student counseling, enrollment processes, and career guidance.

✅ Manage customer engagement and relationship-building activities.

✅ Work on market research, competitor analysis, and strategy planning.

✅ Coordinate with different departments for operations and program management.

✅ Represent the organization at career fairs, seminars, and industry events.

✅ Ensure compliance with healthcare training regulations and guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and at least two South Indian languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam).

✔ Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, along with presentation abilities.

✔ Adaptability & Willingness to Relocate: Open to relocating to Bengaluru as per business needs.

✔ Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to engage with students, healthcare professionals, and institutional partners.

✔ Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess market trends and business challenges.

✔ Passion for Healthcare & Education: Enthusiastic about clinical research, medical training, and education.
