We’re Hiring for Broking Relationship Manager

 

Compensation- 30k-50k/pm with lucrative incentive structures

Experience Required- 3 to 5 year

Are you passionate about the markets and skilled at building lasting client relationships? We’re looking for a dynamic Broking Relationship Manager to spearhead client acquisition, nurture long-term partnerships, and drive trading activities across equity and derivatives.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a robust client base, providing personalized investment solutions, and contributing to business expansion through a blend of sales, advisory, and proactive portfolio management.

What You’ll Do

  • Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach strategies
  • Strengthen and expand existing client relationships by delivering top-quality broking services
  • Offer tailored investment advisory in equities and derivatives aligned with client goals
  • Execute client trades with precision and efficiency across market segments
  • Drive revenue by meeting sales targets and cross-selling/up-selling financial products
  • Monitor client portfolios, identify new opportunities, and manage risks effectively
  • Stay ahead of market movements, research insights, and regulatory updates to guide clients

What You Need

  • Strong knowledge of equity and derivative markets
  • Proven success in client acquisition and retention within broking/financial services
  • Valid NISM certifications (Equity & Derivatives)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Basic Eligibility Filters

  • Education Level: Post graduate/MBA (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Economics) with a consistently strong academic track record (90%+ scoring preferred).
  • Certifications: NISM (Equity & Derivatives) – mandatory knockout filter.
  • Location: Must be based in Delhi NCR (preferably Delhi-born).
  • Industry Background: Minimum 5 years in broking, financial services, or wealth management with a stable career track record.
  • Client Network: Should have an organic client base / network and proven success in client acquisition and retention.
  • HNIs / Ultra-HNIs: Strong penetration and relationship management with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
  • Product Exposure: Hands-on trading and advisory in equity, derivatives, wealth management, and insurance cross-selling.
  • Sales & Advisory Skills: Proven performer with a sales-driven and advisory mindset, incentive earner, and target achiever.
  • Communication & Personality: Excellent communication skills, extroverted personality, confident in building rapport and long-term trust.
  • Tech Skills: Tech-savvy, AI-fluent, and comfortable with digital tools for client engagement and portfolio management.
  • Trading Skills: Should have good speed and accuracy in operating the trading terminal.
  • Social Presence: Strong professional presence on LinkedIn and other social platforms with good engagement numbers.
  • Team-Building Ability: Confident to take leadership initiatives and form/manage a team in the future.
  • Job Switch Reasoning: Reason for career move should be logical, growth-driven, and aligned with long-term goals.
