Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of international lead generation specialists
- Provide supervision and guidance to team members to achieve targets and goals
- Ensure efficient and effective team handling processes are in place
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation efforts and meet KPIs
- Identify training needs and opportunities for team members to improve performance
- Evaluate team member performance and provide recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions.
