Job Title: B2B Sales Specialist – HRMS / ATS / Software
Location: Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Specialist to drive business growth by selling HRMS, ATS, and Software solutions to businesses.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B software/SaaS sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of lead generation, prospecting, product demonstrations, client acquisition, and sales closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Research and identify potential business clients and decision-makers within the target market.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable HRMS, ATS, and software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales discussions with prospective clients.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition to potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers as required.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/sales records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product demos, implementation, onboarding, and customer support.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular post-sales follow-up to encourage customer retention, renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Software Sales / SaaS Sales.
- Experience selling HRMS, ATS, HR Tech, SaaS, or other business software solutions is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent product presentation and demonstration skills.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to communicate with HR Managers, Business Owners, Founders, and other decision-makers.
