Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our North Indian cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel and restaurant management, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and financial optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Management:

· Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.

· Lead and mentor a team of chefs, servers, and housekeeping staff, fostering a productive work environment.

· Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and implement training programs to maintain service excellence.

Customer Service & Experience:

· Maintain high guest satisfaction levels by ensuring prompt and professional service.

· Address customer feedback and complaints, implementing solutions to enhance the dining experience.

Inventory & Financial Management:

· Monitor stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and oversee procurement for food, beverages, and essentials.

· Track revenue, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.

Compliance & Brand Promotion:

· Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

· Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

· Total Experience: 7-10 years, including: 5-7 years in a 4/5-star hotel

· Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.

· Skills: Leadership, operations management, customer service, problem-solving, financial planning.

· Location: Candidates should be stay with family within 10-15 km for the particular location.

· Personality Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
