Job Description
- Assist the branch manager in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the branch
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Oversee teller activities and ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase branch profitability
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they meet performance standards
- Monitor branch performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to offer a wide range of banking products and services to customers
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies
- Contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members
- Support the branch manager in achieving sales targets and customer service goals.
