Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month
Gender: Male or Female
Preferred Location: Candidates belonging to Kadi / Kalol
Joining: On or before 15 October 2026
Job Summary
JFLEXY PACKAGING PVT LIMITED is looking for an Executive Accounts professional with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, documentation, and related finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting / Booking / Checking
- Handle daily accounting and booking activities.
- Record and check purchases and expenses.
- Manage freight and RCM-related expenses.
- Handle credit notes and debit notes.
- Record production entries.
- Check and process contractors' bills.
Reconciliations & Adjustments
- Manage receivables and payables.
- Prepare and monitor debtor and creditor aging analysis and reports.
- Handle reconciliation of sales and purchases.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Conduct general ledger scrutiny.
- Manage reconciliation and adjustments related to various accounts.
- Track and manage renewals related to insurance, services, and contracts.
Import / Export & Banking
- Handle import and export documentation.
- Manage accounting and compliance requirements related to banking activities.
Statutory Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, TCS, Provident Fund, ESIC, and Professional Tax-related activities.
- Manage statutory accounting, payments, and return filings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and government requirements.
- Submit various returns on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily MIS reports.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Generate reports as required by management.
Government & Statutory Coordination
- Handle statutory compliance requirements of various government departments.
- Liaise with local authorities and consultants.
- Maintain all required statutory registers and keep an updated list of such registers.
