Job Description
Position: Account Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Salary: Up to 30K (Depending upon experience and skills)
Joining: Immediate
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal entries)
- Handle bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
- Assist in GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and filings
- Coordinate with CA for audits, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
- Monitor and maintain stock/inventory records and reconcile with accounts
- Follow up for payment reminders and outstanding receivables/payables
- Assist management with financial reports as required
Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com or relevant education/Training/Course
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Tally / accounting software, Excel, MS Office, Outlook
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
