Job Description
Job Title: Workday HCM Consultant
Location: Remote / Noida
Experience: 10–15 Years (Minimum 8 Years in Workday)
Salary: ₹15–20 LPA
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant for a reputed UK based Company with deep expertise in Workday implementation, configuration, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of total experience, including at least 8 years of hands-on Workday experience and participation in 2–3 full-cycle Workday implementations.
The role involves designing scalable solutions across Workday HCM modules, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring best practices in configuration, security, and integration management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable solutions across Workday HCM, Payroll, and Talent modules.
- Lead and/or support full-cycle Workday implementations, enhancements, and release management activities.
- Configure workflows, business processes, and system customizations in Workday.
- Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems using Workday Studio and EIB.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
- Build complex reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Estimate effort for configurations and customizations within the Workday HCM module.
- Define and enforce best practices for system configuration, security roles, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and data governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance standards, and HR data models.
- Expertise in Workday HCM configuration and business process frameworks.
- Experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Experience in 2–3 full-cycle Workday implementations.
- Strong reporting and dashboard-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
