Job Title: Workday Finance Consultant
Location: Remote / Noida
Experience: 12–16 Years (Minimum 8–10 Years in Workday Finance)
Salary: ₹15–20 LPA
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Consultant for a reputed UK based Company with deep expertise in Workday Financial Management implementation, configuration, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have 12–16 years of total experience, including 8–10 years of hands-on Workday Finance experience and participation in at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
The role involves designing scalable financial solutions, collaborating with finance leadership, and ensuring best practices in system configuration, security, compliance, and integration management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable solutions across Workday Finance modules (Financial Management, Procurement, Expenses, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Head of Finance to design and optimize financial processes.
- Lead and/or support full-cycle Workday Finance implementations, system enhancements, and release management activities.
- Configure workflows, business processes, and system customizations in Workday Finance.
- Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems using Workday Studio and EIB.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday Finance solutions.
- Build complex financial reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Estimate effort for configurations and customizations within the Workday Finance module.
- Define and enforce best practices for configuration, security roles, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with finance processes, regulatory standards, and data governance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, accounting principles, compliance standards, and financial data models.
- Expertise in Workday Financial Management configuration and business process frameworks.
- Experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Hands-on experience in 2–3 full-cycle Workday Finance implementations.
- Strong reporting, analytics, and dashboard development skills.
- Ability to collaborate with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
