Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain WordPress websites, themes & plugins.
• Modify and customize existing WordPress themes to meet client specifications.
• Optimize website performance for speed and search engines (SEO).
• Ensure website security by following best practices and implementing regular updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest WordPress trends and techniques.
• Implementing data-driven strategies, particularly emphasizing Shopify e-commerce site development and marketplace integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• Proven experience developing websites using WordPress.
• Experience with creating custom WordPress themes and plugins (preferred).
• Experience with integrating third-party APIs into WordPress websites (a plus).
• Understanding of SEO best practices. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with e-commerce platform & WooCommerce.
