Job Description
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot any issues effectively
- Follow company scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and professionalism
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets set by management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
