Job Description
- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools to identify potential candidates
- Conduct phone interviews and assess technical skills of candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a network of IT professionals for future opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends and market changes to effectively attract top talent
- Work closely with account managers to fully understand client requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets to ensure company goals are met.
