Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers in order to collect past due bills
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Ability to handle high volume calls
- Strive to achieve a first call resolution in order to collect the outstanding bill
- Ability to apply independent judgment to handle all aspects of collection process.
- Responsible for corresponding with customers
Requirements:
- 1 or more years of Call Center experience required.
- Excellent negotiation skills & Communication Skills
- Good Thought process
Experience: 6 months plus in any international BPO
- Ability to work over weekends
- Ability to multitask.
- Ready to work from office
- Ready to commute self
