Job Description

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing US clients
- Understand and address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up with leads and provide support throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Provide personalized and tailored recommendations to clients based on their unique needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed and knowledgeable customer service
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Qualification- 12th pass

Salary- 15 to 25 k

Time- 6:30 PM to 4 AM
