Job Description
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various travel destinations and packages
- Handle inquiries and bookings over phone, email, and in-person
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay current on industry trends and travel regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional events to attract new clients
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals for clients
