Job Title: Trainee Recruiter Location: Indore, MP (100% Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to develop a career in recruitment and human resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Training will be provided to develop the necessary skills in talent acquisition and hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms. Review resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires. Stay updated with market trends and best hiring practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and develop a career in recruitment. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or HR (a plus but not mandatory). - Utilize computer literacy to input candidate information into applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to create job descriptions and postings
- Support recruiters in conducting reference and background checks for potential candidates
- Learn and utilize HR recruitment strategies to effectively attract top talent
- Shadow experienced recruiters to learn best practices in IT recruiting
- Participate in networking events and career fairs to build relationships with potential candidates.
