Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent command over English language both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (06:15 PM to 5:00 AM IST).
- Good health and the ability to maintain high energy levels during night time hours.
- Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus but not required
