Job Description: Team Leader – Term Insurance (Work from Home)
Position: Team Leader – Term Insurance
Location: Work from Home
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in handling a team in Insurance product sales

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of insurance sales agents focused on selling Term Insurance products.
Set clear team goals, track performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to the team to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing timely feedback and support.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance, customer retention, and satisfaction.
Handle escalations and complex queries related to insurance products.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance and sales metrics.
Conduct regular training sessions on new insurance products and sales techniques.
