Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for connecting with clients. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Fameus Media’s services.
- Call leads and close deals to help grow our client base.
- Explain the features and benefits of our event management services.
- Answer client queries and provide detailed information.
- Set up appointments for the sales team with interested clients.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly.
- Achieve the call and appointment goals set by the company.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively..
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to call leads and successfully close deals.
