Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the company's social media platforms
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with customers
- Create original content, including text, images, and videos, for social media posts
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Work with external partners and influencers to amplify the brand's presence on social media platforms
- Represent the company on social media at events, conferences, and other public appearances.
