Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products and services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries or sales
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet sales targets and quotas set by management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Record all sales and customer information accurately in CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
