Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Engage with callers to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales over the phone
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty with customers
- Update customer information in the database following each call
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement new sales strategies
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
