Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Present product information and pricing to interested customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Keep accurate records of sales interactions and customer details in CRM system
- Collaborate with sales team members to strategize on sales tactics and techniques
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively sell to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance sales skills
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while representing NJ Technology to customers.
Salary: 3.5 - 4 LPA
