Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote ECHT Enterprises products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to develop a loyal customer base
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by management
- Provide information to customers about product features, pricing, and promotions
- Record accurate and detailed notes of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in ECHT Enterprises products
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
- Continuously improve telesales skills through training and coaching provided by management.
