Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
- Meet or exceed weekly or monthly sales quotas
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activity in CRM system
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new leads and potential opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively sell to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues
- Work efficiently and effectively to maximize time spent on calls
- Adapt to changes in sales strategies or product offerings as needed
Requirment
- Graduates / undergraduates both can apply
- Must have good communications & convincing skills
- Must have min 6 months of telesales experience
- Male / Female both can apply
- Immediate Joiners only
Salary: upto 18K + Incentives
